The following make up the Terms and Conditions (herein referred to as the “AGREEMENT”) which shall govern the users of this website, our mobile and online banking platforms, as well as alternate web pages that link to these Terms (the “SITE”), and mobile applications or sites that link to these Terms (the “APPS”). The SITE and APPS are referred to collectively as the "SERVICES."

4. NO ADVISORY CONTENT

Our function as an institution is exclusively focused on providing banking services to support your financial transactions and needs. As such, no information contained on the Site or comment made by any representative of Aegis should be interpreted as constituting tax or financial advice.

Under no circumstances should references made to a third party be construed as approval of that party or as an endorsement of the product or service offered by such a party.

We disclaim any liability for decisions or actions taken based on information obtained from the Services.

We hereby expressly disclaim any injury, attack, error, or liability arising from the use of or interpretation of information provided on the Services. Under no circumstance will Connerstone Credit Union, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any other party involved in providing the Services be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive, arising out of access to, lack of access to, or use of the Services whether wholly or in part.

8. CONTENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Every piece of content, including but not limited to posts, comments, photos, and other forms of media (collectively referred to as “Content”) uploaded to the Services must be true, relevant, non-soliciting, positive, polite, and non-discriminatory and must not be in violation of the provisions of this Agreement or any applicable laws in any jurisdiction, including laws governing privacy protection, intellectual property, trade secrets, confidential information, or non-public information about publicly traded securities or other financial instruments, or contractual or fiduciary obligations.

You shall be liable and indemnify Connerstone Credit Union, its representatives, staff or agents for any damage, loss, injury, cost or expenses arising from your violation of any third party rights, to the rules and guidelines governing the Services, or from claims made by by the third party in relation to your content or with respect to your acts and omissions as they concern the Services.

By transmitting content to the Services, you agree that although you have ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the content, Connerstone shall retain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, distribute, and otherwise deal with the content in whichever way We deem fit.

Connerstone Credit Union reserves the sole right to modify, edit, remove, or refuse to upload submitted content without notice. This does not invalidate Our sole discretion to preserve content and disclose it, especially under situations required by law or directed by our mandate

9. LIMITATION ON USAGE

10. ADDITIONAL CONTRACTS

The terms in this Agreement are in conjunction with other agreements or documents contained herein or in other agreements between you and Connerstone Credit Union regarding your use of the Services and other instruments managed by Connerstone Credit Union.

Where there is If there is a dispute between the provisions of this Agreement and other agreements or documents, the additional contracts will prevail.

Termination or modification of this Agreement will not affect or result in the termination or modification of any other agreements or disclaimers.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement will in all respects be governed by and interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of ... , without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The products and services described in this Agreement may only be lawfully offered in jurisdictions where the law permits.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision or part of this Agreement is found to be void, unlawful, unconscionable, or unenforceable, such provision may be severed and shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining part or provisions in this Agreement. The severed part shall be revised in accordance with the applicable and enforceable law to the full extent that it reflects the original intention of the parties.

The headings and titles used in this Agreement are only included for ease of definition, interpretation, and reference. The intendment of the titles is not such as to restrict or limit the scope of application of this Agreement or any of its clauses.

14. AMENDMENTS

Connerstone Credit Union reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notification to users. You are bound by such revisions or alterations upon their transmission on this Site. You are therefore under an obligation to periodically review this Agreement for any updates.

Your continued use of the Services after any such amendments or revisions is an indication of your acceptance of the amended Agreement.

15. COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMERS

Banking products and services are offered by Connerstone Credit Union in conjunction with the FDIC. Connerstone Credit Union Securities Company, LLC, provides its (insurance?) brokerage services, while Investment Advisory services are offered through Connerstone Credit Union Investment Management, Inc. Trust services are provided by Connerstone Credit Union Trust Company
